When will the videos be ready?
Usually takes around 7 days, but sometimes we can get your videos earlier!!
Promotional videos might take a bit longer as we want to make the best of it!
Can the videos be vertical (Portrait)?
Yes! We can film vertical directly from camera so will have full quality without cropping.
What payment method you accept?
The best option is by bank transfer, you will find our details at the bottom of the payment page when booking.
You can also pay by credit or debit card!
I have booked, is it confirmed?
Once we received your booking request and payment, we will assign a member of our team and confirm your booking.
In the case of not having availability we will check with you if interested on filming on a different date/time or give you a full refund!
Can I add my logo or name on the videos?
Yes! Just need to let us know on the description box when you are booking, to send us your logo or typography email us at hello@steadylens.uk
Can I cancel my booking?
Of course, if you need to cancel your booking please email us at hello@steadylens.uk and we will proceed your refund. Cancellation 48h before the filming time are not refundable.
Can I modify the date or time?
Absolutely, you can use the link we send you on the confirmation email. If you can’t find it let us now emailing at hello@steadylens.uk
My download link has expired
Download link will expire after 7 days from the day we send to you, so make sure you get a copy of your videos. In order to request a new link will incur a fee of £25.
You can add the “Limitless Link” option during your booking, with this your link will not expire and you will always have access to your videos!
Who will be coming to film my class?
We have an incredible filming and editing team, we will let you know who is available once your booking is accepted.

Can I choose any colour lights?
All of them! just need to ask!
Can I film only solos? (instead of groups)
We are happy to film solos, groups, or a bit of both!
Can I add extras if already booked?
Yes, you can use the link we send you on the confirmation email. If you can’t find it let us now emailing at hello@steadylens.uk
Can I pay later?
Unfortunately we can not confirm your booking until you have completed the payment.
Can I get the RAW footage?
At SteadyLens we don’t share the raw footage, is part of our philosophy and way of working, we really care of our clients delivering a well done video.
