Website use
This website presents SteadyLens services, examples, proposals and contact routes. Its content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
All website text, images, video, design and branding belong to SteadyLens or the relevant rights holders unless stated otherwise. Do not copy, republish or reuse the material without permission.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A project is only agreed when SteadyLens and the client confirm the scope, dates, price, payment schedule, deliverables and any usage terms in writing.
Initial proposals are based on the information provided by the client. Changes to shoot dates, locations, deliverable counts, access, crew requirements or revision scope may affect price and timelines.
Project delivery
Each confirmed project should have its own written scope. This may include production days, crew, equipment, edit rounds, export formats, delivery method, cancellation terms, expenses and archive period.
Unless agreed otherwise, client feedback should be provided in a consolidated round so edits can be managed efficiently.
Usage rights
Usage rights for final videos, stills and other assets should be agreed in the project scope. SteadyLens may request permission to show selected finished work in its portfolio, social channels, proposals or private credentials decks.
Clients are responsible for securing permission for any third-party material they provide, including music, logos, scripts, archive footage, venue permissions and brand assets.
Performers, students and contributors
For projects involving performers, students, staff, audience members or young people, the client and SteadyLens should agree consent, safeguarding, venue and release requirements before filming.
Colleges, schools, companies and venues remain responsible for their own internal approvals unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
